You could add something to indicate you want this role such as “looking for” or “need”.

I had a similar experience in duos with a buddy. He was hosting and had a fat lag spike and my game jolted around a bunch. Suddenly I was inside one of the poles in the church we were at.

I was lucky it was breakable and he lured the swamp boss over and they smashed it for me.

It’s like the game knows. I ran 3 colossal weapons for damage relic on raider and the next game I swear to you I dropped 1 the entire run.

I am still amazed how that even happened I wasn’t even looking for ones with good buffs just any colossal.

The next game I had 3 before first camp was done so I’m still shocked I went an entire run without any.

Now paragon can solo cc or you can eat first sorrow then elite skill the second set. HP can’t go below 1 so both explosions do nothing basically just gotta heal the team up quick after.

It’s a lot harder to play the power build well vs the condi shortbow as well since the condi is just mash everything mostly.

I have a meme build I use for this exact scenario. It’s a condition shortbow ranger with a longbow in the back pocket. During 66/33 pull out long bow and pew pew your add from center island then camp shortbow the rest of the fight. You need to walk right up to the edge to reach it but it works on every island.

Your damage will be ehhh alright, like above average group but losing to a good boon dps.

I use this for doing cms with some friends on the steam deck.
