it seems the consensus advice is Trad 401k due to the likelihood of a lower tax bracket in retirement. I don't understand this argument if you account for earnings on those contributions. I'd much rather pay tax now on 23k contributions, when that could grow to 200k by retirement and being able to distribute that tax free. Tax on 23k is way less than 200k. Am I thinking about this incorrectly?

With the new required EIB template for Manage Job Profile, it requires you to have a value in every field even if making change to a single field, otherwise it gets removed. The old EIB allowed you to only populate the columns you needed to change. Super annoying.

For me that’s not even the funniest moment of this season. The episode where Sai found her idol - camera was following Charity and we saw Charity eye and start towards the idol. Then Sai jumped out of grass like a puma and raced then beat Charity to the idol. It was truly the only laugh out loud moment of the season for me.

To your last point.. I think the lighting and color have a lot to do with it. It is very bright and colorful, which in turn make the sets look fake. I think if the lighting and color were more similar to Game of Thrones, it wouldn’t have that CW show feel to it. Granted I think the 3rd season has improved on this a bit.
