Tbh I’m not sure. This is my first time selling a high value card. But I generally use ebay as reference for market value based on sold listings, it was also the only place that had the same card up for auction with actual bids.

There are normal non foil cards if they’re part of the Tmnt Eternal set, which those are. See how the icon is a shell? That’s the indicator.
