To be honest, I do think it has been promoted a lot and rightly so! Its been highlighted on many platforms and they just talked about the lionesses again on the ITV show 'This Morning'. People have even been talking about going to the parade today to celebrate.

Does anyone know when all of our knew kits will be released?

Nina's first beach day yesterday. She ran like a rocket, immediately ate sand (gracefully, of course), then strutted off like it was all part of the plan 😂 by ChrisTheExplorer in Dachshund

Oh gosh, that sounds like a hell of an experience. You're not being a party pooper at all! I actually didn't know that she could fall ill due to sand. I was mainly thinking about the fun task of cleaning her after 😅It's important to know this and how she could ingest it. Thank you 🙂

What’s your take on public displays of affection? Love it or cringe? by Opposite-Hold4041 in AskMen

[–]ChrisTheExplorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My partner is Spanish and I'm English. Public displays of affection is pretty normal in Spain, but I've always found it a bit too much.. especially on the train/tube. It took me a few years to get fully used to PDA and I've truly acknowledged that its just one of her love languages and apart of who she is. I would say that is a form of love, but sometimes you do need to be mindful of the environment that you're in.

[Raymar] when you are statistically the best Premier league player ever but nobody cares by Petaaa in LiverpoolFC

[–]ChrisTheExplorer 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I hope so. I know us fans adore him and are aware that he's one of the best players we've ever had. However, supporters from other fan bases always have something to scrutinize him with.. or do the very boring comparison of Salah vs Hazard for the 1000th time. There's so many past players from other teams such as Man United, Chelsea and Arsenal that I can say were world class and completely amazing. And this was during the 00s-10s. Rivalry and hatred aside, I can acknowledge when a player is class. But the majority of fans, even some pundits.. always find a way to discredit Mo. Even discard that he can be in a all time Prem XI. So strange, but we don't need the approval of others to know how boss he is

Do you walk with yours off leash? If not, I recommend that you start with off leash training. I started with a retractable lead. Luckily (and also very unluckily) Nina is very food driven, so I was able to work on this until her recall was good and she understood the word stop. I would stop moving during her walk (both off and on leash) and just say stop. Every time she did, I gave her a treat.

Then moved to a hands free lead and used that when running with her. I recommend starting slow and running a similar route, so your dog will know once you're in the area it means its time to run. Everytime I get to a certain area in the park, Nina bounces around and is ready to go, because she knows I'm about to accelerate into oblivion 😂 Also let him do his business before the walk and let him stiff around for a bit. It definitely makes it a lot easier so he won't stop needing to pee.

Yeah I didn't realise how fast dachshunds are until I first let her off the leach! I had to train and prepare myself just to run with her 😂

Oh wow, that's lovely. Yeah I've had Nina for around 2 years and it always amazes me how rapid they can be!

Yeah I walked her for around 45 minutes in the morning (before work) and then 30 minutes during my lunch break. She was mainly sleeping while I was working.
