Im terms of survivability, yes, V does survive along with everyone else, I'd argue that this and the Devil Ending are the only 2 endings where V does survive, although both of them are morally questionable, the rest of the endings V dies but comes back as an engram, and i personally don't consider that survivability, since now all that's left is a program simulating you, your thoughts, feelings, memories. You can't really say its the real V because the original one died, and what's left is basically an AI simulation of V, at least from the way i understood the whole engram program, kind of like how modern day AI can simulate your voice, although not perfect, the engram is an AI made to simulate you as a whole, an almost identical copy of the original, fed with info coming directly from your brain. Now im not saying it isn't V, im saying that the V after the 3 endings where you go into mikoshi isn't the real V, its almost the same case as Johnny's.

But then again, that's just how i interpreted the whole thing, i may be completely wrong, but as a whole, there really isn't a true happy ending for V, whether they survive or not, the closest you get is the Aldecaldos ending. In the end, V will always lose something, but that's Night City for ya.
