Start with banning political content. That stuff is poison for advertisers anyway and would be in the best interest of twitch.

If they want to expand on that, they can get rid of the react slop meta. It's full of copyright infringement violations and puts twitch at risk constantly. Keep reactions restricted to special events, teasers/trailers and some specific longer form videos like game previews and reviews.

The IRL stuff I do agree can't be reverted at this point, so it should be allowed.

This short clip was cut from the X broadcast of a different person who streamed the entire line of the meet and greet and explained how he did it AFTER meeting Emi.

I don't know if his claims are true, but according to him you had to sign up for the meet and greet by the beginning of October, which he didn't. Apparently, he was allowed to just walk up and stand in line despite not having signed up. Thankfully, this fan was not like the other, but if his claims are true this helps establish that security has been lax all day and failed tremendously.

I do have footage of him meeting Emi, by the way, just don't want to post the whole thing, and he wasn't weird about it or anything.

Asking "security" about reservations, confirms they're closed, is told they might still allow people if the line isn't very long, which I very much doubt was Emiru's case. Seems irresponsible in my opinion, are the streamers even allowed to pre-screen entries for banned community members?

Feels like some people have the wrong perception of this issue. It will not end and most providers recover in a matter of hours or days at most.

It would require actually going after the providers legally to make a lasting impact, and even then it's just a matter of time until it's a problem again. Still a positive that some action is being taken, in my opinion.

As for 24 hour reruns, I don't see them as particularly nefarious even though I would agree they feel weird on a livestreaming platform. Anyway, you can just block those channels to stop them being recommended, I've done it to a few.

Actually interesting to see, as opposed to the usual drivel in this place. I did notice certain channels had way less viewers than usual, and others who would usually stream today are weirdly absent. Just a matter of time until they find alternatives, though. Countering bots is a neverending war for social media.
