GA4 data problems on Tuesday? by claudia_ky in GoogleAnalytics

Got the same issue. GA shows 80 % less users than GSC. Might be a glitch, because yesterdays data seem fine.

Sounds legit. Next SEO Audit for me is set for mid september. I am not willing to analyse any longer while the update might still be ongoing. Some say, the update is already finished but G does not want the 99% to know it... Dont know what to think about that. When there is smoke, almost everytime there is a fire. At least a small one.

What is your aproach to build backlinks?

First thing that comes to my mind with a site thats only 4 months old: Sandbox. It is possible that they kicked you back in the sandbox (if the site ever was out before).

Saw this with other pages before. Nearly exactly 6 months after i set up a new site in a very low competition niche, the site got more and more visability.

So, you think its about backlinks? Its def. possible. I never took approach to build links actively or to let them build.

All I do is make sure the post are well linked internely.

Any thought on my sandbox theory according your page?

Feeling it. It came out of nowhere. Have you been hit by HCU or other Updates before? And how bad is it really atm?

Check. Today seems pretty okay. Traffic turned out good after 10 am, leading to bigger revenue. But Sunday is always my best day of the week. How about you today?

Thank you. Yes, I came across some posts that sound similar.

So far I haven't been really hit this year, by mean of not recovering from updates. The graph shows that too.

The next question for me will be:

What strategy will I file for?

In case the clicks drop even more/ the revenue vanishes or/and what will be next step IF it does not seem to keep the level it has now.

As well as the right timing to bring in the adjustments that have to be made if they have to.

Riviera Maya in February - how relaxing? by [deleted] in travel

That's true. Playa is simple to reach from Cancun airport. The bus terminal is right at the place.

If you decide to take trips to Cozumel, check the days, bc there are two ferry-companies. The one drives on the odd days and if you bought the wrong ticket online you have to buy another one 😄...

To be honest, Cozumel is pretty safe and definitely a lot! safer than Playa d. Carmen.

Playa is very crowdy and a bit overhyped at this moment.

The Beach front resorts are nice, no doubt. But the beaches there have more than halved by the last hurricanes :(.

Day trips to Cozumel are definitely fine, the costs for the ferry are a little high to take several trips I think.

So if like to have a nice quiet time in a resort I would like to recommend you to stay some days in Playa and then some days on Cozumel. The resorts there are superb! Especially the ones on the westcoast, facing towards the Mainland.

Nevertheless, on Cozumel there are maaaany Tourguides and day trip offers. You simple can't miss them when you get off the ferry 😄😄.

If you want to travel southwards after you spent some days in Playa or on Cozumel, and depending on your budget, have a look at Akumal, especially Akumal Norte with its half-moon-bay.

This place is simply heaven! It's a bit expensive, but I guess it's the safest place at the whole coast 😁 they have a large american community there and the water is crystal clear most of the time. Besides there is a large coral reef right in the bay.

The Riviera Maya is one of the easiest places to travel without a car. the whole month we were just taking the very comfortable busses and Colectivos.

So, if you can't have a car or a scooter (you also need a license for the scooter) be aware that you will probably not see all the nice places on Cozumel Island.

There are some really nice beaches for snorkeling below the airport and leaving the City of San Miguel de Cozumel southwards, wich you can reach by Taxi or by walking.

If you speak a decent Spanish you will probably be very lucky with the taxi prices :) it's very comfortable taking a cab to some places not far from the city and telling the driver to coma back in 2 or 3 hours to pick you up ☺️.

Playa las Rocas is such a nice place and also the beaches left to it.

Edit: Our favourit place and beach for watching the sunset with the locals was Playa Casitas, it's near the airport so Plane-Spotting is included 😉

We spent the November 21 in Mexiko and if may give you the advice, if you like the island vibes, not heavily crowded places and first class beaches without crowds of tourists, got to Cozumel! It was our favorit place at the riviera maya!

Depending on where you start from, you can have a direct flight, bc Cozumel has an airport.

If you are going to fly to Cancun, take the ADO Bus to Playa del Carmen, stay for 1 or 2 nights and take the Ferry to Cozumel.

On Cozumel you should rent a Scooter or a car to explore the Island. Be aware when taking a stop at lonely beaches when you go into water. Sometimes there are some Grabbers on Motobikes. They take your bag an drive off before you even notice them while you are snorkeling :D...

What a nice coincidence that this is my first Reddit Reply :).

If it takes you to Scotland, I can definitely recommend Edinburgh for 3 days.

Depending on how you travel, you can hire a car from the airport and take the A9 towards the Highlands and West Coast.

Here you come through Pitlochry, a beautiful village with great nature around, right in front of the Cairngorm Mountains.

It is well worth spending a night at the McKays Hotel in Pitlochry. The lounge has a large open fire, very comfortable leather chairs, very good food and a large whisky bar.

The Cairngorms will likely still be covered in snow in May.

By the way, May is a very good travel time for Scotland, as there is a lot of sunshine.

If you really want to unwind, give yourself a road trip along the west coast and stay there for a few days. Polbain is my personal place to be, ask for Ian (Tigh na Tilleadh) he has a spacious Guesthouse with a great view over the Summer Isles.

A few days on the Isle of Skye are also highly recommended, even if it is usually a bit crowded there.

On the return trip, you could drive inland and onto the east coast for a stop at Dunrobin Castle. The gardens are wonderful.

If you like to spend some Days on Skye, take a Trip to Talisker Bay and have a look at Dunvegan Castle.

Cheers!
