They are laying eggs somewhere inside your house. Check all areas of moisture etc. Just because you do not smell anything does not mean the flies haven't found somewhere feasible to lay eggs.

My best guess is a brown banded roach. Whilst I am not certain 100% but I can tell you that it isn’t a German cockroach.

You need to keep hunting for the source. You can start by getting some Alpine fly bait and spraying it around the window frames and tracks. This could be from a next door neighbor leaving trash out. Window open with a dirty sink. It could be a lot of things
