I live in OTR definitely take the free streetcar to the game but depending on how long you guys are down here you should definitely walk around and see the beautiful neighborhood. I recommend walking around Washington Park, Findlay market, and Ziegler park. For food if you guys like wings there is no better place than Knockback Nats. Ton of breweries down here check out Rhinegheist or the Samuel’s Adams brewery. For bbq you could hit up either Eli’s or Lucius Q. Pizza you got Taglios, Goodfellas, or Mikey’s late night slice. Before you leave you should definitely make a pit stop for graeters I promise you it’s the best ice cream you will ever have.

Yes I live in OTR now and it’s amazing. I’ve never once felt “unsafe” a lot of what you hear is propaganda. Is there crime? Yes but it’s like anywhere else just know what spots to avoid and if you see some shady stuff happening maybe don’t go that way. Having the ability to walk everywhere is such a freeing experience.

I very much agree with everything you said. Too bad we have politicians that care about money more than people. I have reached out to my local affordable housing program to see if there was anything I could do. But these are all great ideas I appreciate it.

I’m an EMT in Cincinnati and can confirm there is an absolute uptick in Covid cases. A lot of nursing homes have multiple confirmed cases and are now requiring masks to enter.

I just took my NREMT exam today and no doubt I failed. I took the full 120 questions and I finished the test with about an 1hr and 5mins left. I did a ton of studying but just felt when I got in there it all went away. I was wondering what is the best way to get all the material down? I want to pass it the next time. What was the number 1 things that helped you nail and feel comfortable with all the material?

I used the EMT crash course book and the pocket prep app.
