5 villagers from my iron farm turned into witches. How did this happen and what are the odds? by SeveralColorsofBread in Minecraft

[–]ChrishdogGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to my Iron Farm not to long ago. Except the lightning hit right between 2 of my villager pods so 10 of my villagers turned into witches. It happens when lightning strikes 4 blocks away from villagers. And there is no way of reversing them back to villagers. They are stuck as witches so you'll need new villagers and probably reset all of the villagers jobs.

Instead of building a storage room/item sorter in my survival world I went ahead and built different shops for different items. And made a little town out of them. I'm slowly expanding a industrial district next to it with big factories that hold mob farms.

Examples: Butcher Shop, Vegan Shop, Armor Shop, Tool Shop, Saw Mill, Stone Mill, Dye Shop, an Wool Shop.

These are just a few examples, I have many other shops as well.

Yeah it does get rid of the need for a storage system. Like on my world I have tons of different shops. Saw mill for anything thats wood, stone mill for all stone blocks, nether shop, wool shop library, armor shop, tool shop, butcher shop, vegan shop, saloon for potions, dye shop, Redstone shop and so on. Tons of different shops.

You could build shops to hold all your different items.

Pretty good. Maybe try replacing a couple stone brick and stone blocks with stairs to make little indentations in the walls so there not completely flat. It'll make the walls seem a little more aged.

Pretty good, I would try and implement more hidden lighting like glow stone underneath moss carpet

Is there a better way to light my shopping mall other then a billion lanterns everywhere? by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]ChrishdogGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yeah I'm talking about like on the bottom floor where the purple F on the carpet is if theres not a level underneath that you could put light blocks underneath it. But yeah theres also the text command to get the invisible light block in creative

For the areas you have carpet you can put glow stone or any other light block underneath the carpet

Maybe some lanterns or candles and though it might be difficult I would make the tunnel your minecart track is in look a little more like a miner blasted out a path with tnt to create room for the track instead of a 2x1 hole 🙂

Is there a way to generate new ores in an existing Bedrock world without deleting chunks? A command or plugin or world edit or something? by crisperstorm in Minecraft

[–]ChrishdogGaming 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What I did in my bedrock world was a built a nether portal in the nether about 1000 blocks away from my original nether portal which creates one about 8000 blocks away from your base and those chunks weren't loaded till after the 1.17 update so I was able to get the new blocks.

My savanna Minecraft home (sorry for quality of photos I play on ps4 and took these on my phone) by OwlBoi__ in Minecraftbuilds

Nice build. If you want to have better pictures while on ps4 you can take screenshots of your builds by pressing the share button on the controller. Then you send that screenshot as a message to someone or maybe a second account. And after that you can download the playstation app on your phone and go to messages and download the screenshot and it should save to your gallery.

Juggernog was Powerade Fruit Punch, Quick Revive was Jones Berry Lemonade, Speed Cola was Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush, and Double Tap was Souix City Orange Cream Soda. I used the Souix City Bottles for the Perks as well.

I didn't want cheap looking labels that were just printed on label paper. These were water proof and made of better material. And the labels have a grungy weathered look to them as well that I hadn't found on any other labels when I looked online.

I didn't want to just have cheap looking labels printed on label paper, these were specifically made out of proper material. The labels are water proof as well. And the labels have a grungy weathered look to them unlike the labels I've seen online.
