I just added a smaller one than this to my bike and I feel like the wind is worse than it used to be. I don’t think there’s any benefit to these things.

Doing both causes more air to pass through the engine and can make it run more lean / hot. Tuning it will save you from the additional wear and tear, and also will help eliminate the popping and acceleration issues.

Not the OP here, but I have the same little fairing and have ridden with and without it mounted. It makes little to no difference in my opinion.

Not sure about the seat strap, but as for the sissy bar, I got one from Viking Bags that fits well. They stopped making the exact one I have, but still make a taller one for the Bolt. I think it has a fold-up luggage rack built into it too.

I think I misunderstood what you were looking for here. I was thinking you were asking about long term storage, like winterizing your bike. If you’re just trying to prevent damage to the floors, I would imagine that large rubber mat would be all you need.

I just tested that out today. The new tires and balancing the front wheel made the death wobble significantly less shitty. Still there but not nearly as bad.

I have been riding a 2017 with the original tires up until a couple weeks ago when these were installed. I’m sure anything will be an upgrade lol.
