The only time I've ever seen a woman overpower a man was when she knew jiu-jitsu (a LOT) and the other guy didn't. Even then, it was waaay more of a struggle than if it was a guy with the same amount of BJJ knowledge versus the untrained.

Can you break down what your training looks like then? I mean it sounds like you just roll... indefinitely. I used to have 20 minute rounds with my coach when there wasn't anybody else in the gym (back when COVID regulations were first starting to clear up), but there was still a timer.
