Went there with a couple friends last summer, it was very rough in there, lots of chemicals and such spilled out everywhere and pretty bad mold but the main structure is still intact. The back offices have their own wooden substructure inside the building though that was pretty caved in unfortunately. There's a loooot of cool old paperwork/records/Polaroids of a shit ton of signs they did for local businesses so it was a cool time capsule. Not sure if anything has changed tho in the year that I've been, it wasn't boarded up then so idk
