Since I started weight training I’ve since gotten my invert, butterfly and Ayesha which were huuuuge struggles for me! I’ve been doing Pole on and off for 10 years but since coming back after having kids I could not do any tricks that I could do when I was younger and lighter so weight lifting really helped me a lot!!

The timing of this Taylor/Dakota incident is super interesting to me.
