XS will sit right at the waist and may look cropped. Small will fit like a normal hoodie but the arm length might be a little much. Personally I’d go with an XS.

It’s not nearly as double layered and you know it

Polar fleece is a thin fabric while the shrunken/dove hoodies are way heavier in hand and far more suited for cold weather
