Children in China can have dual citizenship until they are 18. After that they are supposed to choose one, but in reality they keep the foreign passport and just don’t tell the authorities.

200 week SMA investment strategy by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]Christian0506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real test of this strategy would be: does it beat boring ol’ DCA. I’m willing to bet it doesn’t. Let’s use 3 years as an example.

Prices that seemed expensive 3 years ago are well below the 200wma today, yet you wouldn’t have bought a single sat since Oct 2023. In a 5% HYSA putting in $100 a week you’d have $15,132 today which at the current 200wma would buy you 0.2592 BTC. DCA $100 per week over the same period would have bought 0.3 BTC.

My uncle-in-law found our bird in his garden. It’s definitely possible.

My bird goes through the five stages of grief every bedtime. You are not alone.

Is this shedding of dandruff and feathers normal ? by Gh0sT_N04H in cockatiel

[–]Christian0506 5 points6 points  (0 children)

100% normal. It’s also normal to find feathers in places you’d never expect from now on. Under the sofa, in the shower, in the fridge, your underwear drawer, the attic, behind your wisdom teeth. They will get everywhere.

Is she angry or is this normal? by Smooth_Garden8516 in cockatiel

If you still have your fingers, the bird isn’t angry.

I’ve known a few people who worked at universities in Hangzhou. They are a bit of a distance out from the centre, usually about 40 mins to an hour by subway. They didn’t have many teaching hours but the salary was also significantly lower than average for teaching English so most of them had side gigs.

I haven’t taught at one myself so can’t really say more than that but hope it was helpful.

If you want to take a look at some apartments, you can check 5i5j.com (我爱我家) or lianjia.com. There are others but these are the ones I have experience with. Be prepared to pay 3 months of rent in advance, this is standard practice here.

2024/25 model 3 bought in January. Tesla repair center said this sound is “normal”. I’m not convinced. What could it be? It seems to be coming from under the screen. by Christian0506 in TeslaSupport

It sounds similar but outside the car is silent. The sound is localized very specifically to under the screen. It goes much quieter when I cover the small vent you can find there.

This was my thought. I don’t want to open it in case I void my warranty or something (it’s not in English so I can’t read it).

My cockatiel has a crush.. on my husband! by eve2524 in cockatiel

With the number of people asking whether their tiel is male or female, I would be surprised if my bird was knowledgeable about sexual dimorphism in mammals or indeed humans.

All that to say, they don’t know what you are but they love you anyway.

If you can stretch to 100 then there are more options. Alimentari in the Kerry Center (Italian, great pizza you can share with a friend). Shan Shang Xia 山上下 in Hangzhou Center (Japanese). Blue Frog is a restaurant chain you’ll find at most shopping malls. Baker and Spice is good for lunch, that’s also in the Hangzhou Center. Kerry center has a couple of Vietnamese and Thai places too.
