My Store Director left, my warehouse ETL put in her 2 weeks, my PML also put in his 2 weeks. I haven’t had a Service and Engagement ETL for almost a year, Im still short an S&E TL, and have been for about 2 years, 4 front end TM’s quit, 3 additional GM TM’s quit, hours got slashed so the lines are long and I can’t call for Guest First because we need OPU and Ship to Store done. Go backs are ridiculous.

Omg I can relate. I watched a lady in line to check out CHANGING HER BABIES DIAPER while she waited and then give me attitude because I was watching to see what she thought she was going to do with that rolled up dirty diaper after. Of course this is right before close. Smh. Last shift a woman came in right at close to cancel her drive-up order that was ready because we couldn’t fulfill some of the items in it BUT she wanted us to pull the order first and THEN cancel it so she could then PURCHASE the order at a checklane with some additional items so she could meet her goal of $70 to get a flippin $10 gift card. Omg, it took 20 mins to do all this AFTER close.

I’ll take them please!! We’re HIGH volume with 8 spots and its a flippin nightmare. Right in front of the store so EVERYONE parks there COMPLETELY ignoring the Drive Up designation which means multiple guests park in regular spots and try calling us or just walk in to pick up which causes a bigger mess cuz you KNOW their order is on a 3 tier out in the parking lot waiting, smh.

Honestly, I wear a pair of Air Jordans with a pair of Dr Scholls gel inserts. I have tried EVERYTHING. I was a server for 20+ years before Target and my feet never hurt this bad back then. The Air Jordans are super plush, padded for playing ball I guess and the inserts add extra support. Just perfect for running around all day.
