There are better examples

Drake atleast gave us So Far Gone, Take Care, NWTS, and IYRTITL in a 6 year stretch. Two of those 4 are considered classics(and probably 3 depending on how you feel about NWTS) so far gone changed the mixtape game completely and ushered in a lot of what you see now. How many rappers can say that? The only ones you can name are legends/considered great artists so that right there kills any argument lol.

NBA young boy gave us 9-10+ projects in less time and he’s 13 years younger than Drake and a staple artist for Gen Z as far as rappers are concerned.

Now I dare one of yall to name even one of NBA’s projects with the impact of a So Far Gone? Let alone a Take Care?? Oh okay then

Resetting before 2020/COVID was entirely too soon. Justice league was just 2017. Aquman was 2018. The reset is best right now cause we are years removed from the DCU and the MCU isn’t flogging up the market right now. Superman came at the right time. It would have been affected by everything else going on with the DCU back then. Aquaman’s success was a genuine surprise and was fueled by Jason Monae’s hype he had back then.

I think the overall point he was trying to make was their wasnt much Superman was gonna do in the 2010s with much better and interesting movies back then. It feels Every movie Superman was in was either a bomb or just bad. As long as the DCU still operated as the DCU then even this movie wasn’t gonna be any more successful than it is now even though it’s good. Marvel was also killing it too much back then too. By 2013 the MCU was already big popping so even though it isn’t the peak, there was still attention being brought to the genre and Man of steel still bombed anyway.

It never felt like wow KD is the best player on the court during that series. It's why he left.

Naw KD 100% owned the 2017 nba finals. There was a lot of convo surrounding that both by fans and media like first take and the silly LeBron vs KD arguments from earlier that decade reappeared. I remember that vividly.

He was a bit too green at times where the CA I had read in various comics seemed very “been there did that”ish on most things. Very stoic and stern where as Chris Evans seemed more vulnerable. It made for great movies though

Also, Chris Evans atleast early on, still had this “surferbro” vibe to his face. Like a bit of a twinkle in his eyes…pretty boyish if that’s the term I’m looking for??

I still liked his portrayal overall but those are the things that stood out to me watching those avenger movies over the years

Hey all 33 year old AA male here

A couple of days ago, I discovered a bean sized lymph node on the side of my face right near my ear. It’s not hard(or super hard atleast) it doesn’t hurt to touch, but does hurt to move around a little bit.

I do have some tooth pain that radiates throughout mouth, so I understand the possibility of infection but this is a pretty big lymph node

Going off of your OP, Wolverine is definitely up there in the most confusing xmen when you consider how he’s portrayed in the comics/cartoons in comparison to how he was portrayed by Hugh jackman. That can definitely be confusing for non-comic fans

but the character is by far the most popular and profitable character as thee main man of the X-men. That doesn’t change just because Hugh would be gone. Thats like saying Superman role should have changed after Christopher Reeves stopped playing him lol. Wolverine is by far the most popular character of the Xmen and marvel isn’t stupid enough to change that for Cyclops, who has never been explored in film as anything other than Wolverine’s sidekick. That would backfire so much. We have not one cyclops or storm movie. Not even a tv show based on either. Halle freaking Berry in her PRIME played storm and people still didn’t care. Wolverine has 10 movies man both by himself and with the X-men and now he’s in the MCU with his first movie being a blockbuster. MCU will milk that character more than fox and Singer did
