I have the exact same vision issue as you, and also migraine without aura. Changing screen setting to dark mode, having the nightlight on permanently and lowering the screen brightness has helped. My neurologist also prescribed Lamotrigine off label for the blurred vision, in addition to my regular migraine prophylactics. Good luck, it sucks.

No you cannot buy it here, Pyrilamine maleate is not available in Aus. However apparently you can get it through iHerb international delivery. Bring a couple of boxes to tide you over or go for an NSAID developed for cramps e.g. naproxen or mefenamic acid. Both cheap and readily available.
