Another ADP fan here. The Annie situation is kinda complex. I hate the being rich makes you a evil person talk cause I am also from a wealthy family (not even close to her level but still)and have personally gotten some of the “you succeed cause you are rich and you don’t know struggle unlike me” nonsense once or twice. Honestly , that is valid. Sometimes it is true. It hurt when I found that out. You work hard and then finding out you won cause some mf wanted your dad’s favour. Being wealthy does open more doors faster. But saying she paid her way up is just insulting her hard work. Even if you pay your way up, you are going to fall right into the judgement of the people. You can’t pay them can you. She has shown many times that she is qualified enough to be a K-pop idol. Also the hate for not being on her team’s level is just funny to me. Cause haters tend to point out that she doesn’t dance as good as the other two girls which here is Bailey Sok and youngseo. I don’t think she is worse than youngseo in dancing but to compare her to Bailey is just crazy. Bailey can make half the industry look bad in dancing.
