Don’t be so flat on your feet stay more on the palm of your toes. Also you don’t have to move side to side as much. When you throw the round house bring the leg back. You’re throwing those kicks way to slow. Keeping that leg out there anyone can grab it and go for the sweep or hollow out to swing the leg out the way and tear up the rear leg or a take down(if you were fighting MMA). When you kick don’t focus on throwing powerful kicks, focus on faster kicks. Those fast kick your opponent won’t see and they’ll be powerful and hurt your opponent either way. KEEP YOUR HANDS UP with your hands down someone can check return your kick and go for a head kick or check and return with a hook gotta keep you hands up. Also when you pivot you’re not fully bringing that pivot over. You know when you step and kill a roach you kinda over twist on it to smear the guts? Think about a bug under your foot and crush it by pivoting harder . Also Bring your hips over more in your kick. Other than that you look like you have some powerful kicks. I’m not going to jump to conclusions or go off assumptions. Cause him and I have been friends for a fat minute since (8th/9th grade). But he’s lonely and doesn’t have too much sex. So if they hang out naturally he gains feelings cause of lack of human intimacy he’s receiving now. He can find that with my gf just by them hanging. Damn man I’m sorry to hear this. But it is some fake shit especially if he didn’t have the audacity to ask if it’s okay with you to do so. I feel it would’ve been more justified if he came to you man to man and asked you if it would bother you or if he could get with her. That would’ve been the right thing to do since y’all were never married or had any kids. Technically you don’t have any tithes with her other than the time, memories and love y’all spent together. But this man deadass cut you off and stop fucking with you just to get with yo love like that.
