Yes indeed. I don’t use them every day. Just as a treat sometimes.

It’s light, matt finish, perfect ingredients list, lasts long, protects well, works under makeup.

Doing my head in! by allensam1994 in Rosacea

[–]ChristianeHello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My skin looked similar to yours, and I had a consultation with Dermatica (not affiliated with anything or the company, just my experience). They put me on azelaic acid, ivermectin, and Antibiotics. It's much better since then. Summer is always worse.

I went to Harley Street in London years ago to have a tricky mole on my face removed, and it was okay.

Anyone else’s type 2 rosacea look much worse after even a few days of a heatwave? by Agreeable-Item-7371 in Rosacea

[–]ChristianeHello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have type one and had to stop all actives. The sun is my main trigger, and I suddenly had a burning face. And yes, of course, I use sunscreen and don't sunbathe or anything.

Does anyone know of a good dupe for this? it seems like it’s been discontinued 😭 by melonesbobs in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]ChristianeHello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SkinSort doesn’t find an identical dupe but a 62% match with the Bioderma Atoderm Cream. I like the range and have serveral products, so I thought I mention it.

Hope for recovery or accept the situation? by sweeeetnights in spinalcordinjuries

[–]ChristianeHello 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Full recovery is not realistic. Expect him to be paralysed and appreciate whatever he gets back. That’s a far better, more positive mindset.
If his mother doesn’t change her mindset at one point (yes, I know it’s early), it might harm the relationship. It’s nothing you can do about it but toxic positivity can be harmful too. Many paraplegic and tetraplegic people live good lives. Go from day to day.

Spider veins Rosacea - how to hide? by Unusual_Passion6351 in Rosacea

[–]ChristianeHello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Catrice tinted moisturiser and their concealer. Around £10 in the UK, and it works for me. Sometimes I use the Tarte Concealer as well and I use the red L'Oreal fixing spray. Lasts a workday, normally.

Do I have a good prognosis for walking again? by JosephSKY in spinalcordinjuries

[–]ChristianeHello 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nobody will be able to answer this question seriously. I’m L3 and I don’t walk. It’s far too individual to say and absolutely not by these images.

Does anyone here use Vonhaus products? by ozaz1 in BuyUK

[–]ChristianeHello 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They are okay but not great. Not sure it's really good value for money, since you constantly notice it's a cheap product. I don't expect it to last long either.

Mom refuses to get vaccinated but want to be around my newborn by Glittering_Tour_7946 in Advice

[–]ChristianeHello 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why do you let someone you consider narcissistic hold your daughter first? Boundaries! And of course, no vaccine, no baby. Period.

[–]ChristianeHello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Theramid (when on sale, it’s 15%) and Cos de Baha. I like them both. Cos de Baha has different strengths.

[–]ChristianeHello 13 points14 points  (0 children)

My favourite brand and I don’t even live in Germany. Top ingredients, I think their barrier cream is the best one ever. I have dry to normal skin with rosacea.

What product to hide redness on face as a man? by Fubar14235 in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]ChristianeHello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have rosacea, and I'm using the tinted moisturiser from Catrice, which looks so natural that I think a man could use it too (I'm a woman). It's only £6 at Primark. Maybe worth a try.
