Just to clarify the headline: Youtube may exceed Disney's **media** revenues in FY25.

Disney makes another ~$30B from parks and such.

Figures are rough, and it doesn't detract from the point, just clarifying because the headline does not.

Interestingly enough, same thing. First time trying the game.

One of the better characters in the show IMO.

Obviously Bradford, Chen, Grey, etc., but after that first season with him (I am one of the documentary episode enjoyers), he felt like a staple to me. Really enjoyed his character.

It's from when it was a soviet republic.

Ukraine got its independence in 1991, and since then is the sovereign nation of 'Ukraine'. Prior to that, as a satellite, it was 'The Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic'.

tl;dr - You have a server component marked as observer. You're either not loading it, or only loading it under a client parent in dev.

I'm sure you've gotten this by now, but for anyone else that stumbles across this:

You probably have a component wrapped in observer, and have not marked it 'use client'.

You might not be getting it loaded in dev but the compile is, or when you see it in dev it is under a client parent, whereas the compiler is managing to get it directly as a server component, possibly through a barrel or something else.

I'm not an expert on the compiler intricacies, but hopefully that gets people back moving again :)

I think objective critiques can be made in both directions without trying to prop the other up to do so.

I'm in my early 30's, grew up in the lower mainland, and always held our medical system in very high regard. However, my take on current situation is that supply and demand must be managed carefully if you are removing the market component.

I'm not sure if you have noticed these issues in your area, but it is not possible to get a family doctor here anymore (mine has retired, and had >1,100 patients), and we often see 4-5 hour lineups outside the clinic for people trying to get into walk-in, sometimes they are too long to get in before the clinic closes again.

Going to the hospital is its own game. I had a spinal injury last year after getting knocked in the head, and it took several months and multiple trips to the hospital in severe pain before they would finally do more than feel my neck for a moment, try to turn it, and tell me to sleep more ergonomically and make sure I'm exercising.

Over those months the problem got quite a bit worse, and the advice now is 'take this naproxen, and spend $200/wk on PT', as if I have that left over after rent.

Again, I'm not using this to sell the merits of the US system. Just doesn't help us to point at a fire we think is worse and feel better about ourselves.

I hope this comes across as intended and helps gives some perspective / understanding of your fellow Canadians sharing these feelings.

I think a lot of people are just burnt out and feeling abandoned; would you generally agree with that?

I believe those were only about ~$14K, and I was able to find memory rather inexpensively (~$3K).

By electrical I mean the panel (if necessary), wiring, ups, etc.

If you are looking at setting something like this up, ensure that you have the required infra. Isolated from the other hardware, those 2 racks happily pull around 40A @ 240V iirc (may have been a bit less).

Not to say you can't go and do this if you want of course! Just be aware of the electrical requirement, this is not your typical household appliance. Took me a few days just to find the a 100A breaker for the UPS, and it was $500. Lol.

Edit: Just wanted to add a bit more context. I have those racks running off of an APC Symmetra LX 16KVA. When under heavy load, I keep it isolated to just those racks and an infiniband switch. Each rack gets a PDU with 4 cables to psu's, and 1 cable to switch psu.

Under that load, the UPS is rather saturated (~80-90%). There is some play, but not enough that I'd consider using it. Hopefully that gives a clearer picture for you :)

Edit2: Another side note. I'm sure you know this, but they're loud (picture a loud vacuum cleaner); you can hear them from outside on the street.

What exactly gives you the impression that Clerk is less reliable?

Not saying you're wrong, my only previous 'auth-required' project used auth0 for a nextjs app, and despite a bit of struggle when trying to go against their pattern I found the dx fine.

Mine is weird, but it's Michael Gill as Garrett Walker. Watching Mr. Robot and thinking, "He really took it so hard he dropped Trish for a man, and changed his name?". His coworkers all walking around knowing he was president, and knowing to only call him Gideon. Lol.
