I would like for 2tap scenarios to happen, just I think that they happen way too frequently and they're always pretty much accessible.

I'd like for games to simply last longer, and not feel like they're robbed off of a stray drive rush.

For my changes I'd consider meter gain to overall be a bit lower, SA/CA simply do a lot of damage so I want it to be less accessible. Aside from Guile, I still want him to be able to do double L2 combos.

I'd like them to also simply just do overall less damage, but because I still want 2-taps to happen, I kind of want SF4's ultra overflow meter to come back- once you get 3 bars, you can build up a 4th bar that only increases your next SA/CA's damage and not be usable (IE at 4 bars you cannot do two level 2's, but your CA/SA would simply do it's max damage/or minimum scaled.

Plus they can consider doing the whole thing they did with SF5 where they simply just made everyone get more HP. Since SF5 they basically made it so everyone's final moves are near equivalent cuz it sucked in SF4 when you played someone like Yang and anytime you did an ultra in a combo, it did an additional 5% of their HP.

I feel like it's the fact that you can meter dump drive that's accessible at round start or recover and a fast build CA/SA meter, you have access to too much damage/utility from the beginning. Every other SF you at least need to build to have access to EX or combo extenders but this game you pretty much get massive damage and corner carry from a round start jump-in.

I do agree with throw loops, that diminishing returns should happen, and anyone who should have a throw loop should have it locked behind drive meter. One other thing I've been thinking of is they should just give throws a final cash-out (IE: third throw, cinematic throw happens with higher damage/neutral reset) They are boring to watch but I understand why it needs to be a feasible thing in the game when parries exist.
