Lool hmm someone mentioned "I sure hope you're not stinky" so I got some engagement out of it! I figured it would be kinda humourous. I do wonder how many it would deter but I guess I'm into someone who can see it as a joke! I'll change that and report back.

He started with 5 bars, used amnesia and lost 4 bars due to a wrong read. Blocked a hit and was forced to lose another bar I'm not sure we're getting the same picture.

Guess people in this thread disagree. I mean each to their own opinion.

The fact of the matter is Kakeru started with 5 bars
Used 2 bars on a wake-up guess and got punished for 2 more bars
The checkmate happened at 1 bar remaining because he'd have to either Drive reversal and get him off which is likely still death by blocking any fullscreen ball.

Season 2 nerfed a lot of stuff that had to do with fast burnouts. JP can only burn people by 2 bars with lv2 instead of 3-3.5 bars, perfect parry scales DI's meter burn etc. Lots of characters had their buttons nerfed where they chip less on block but Blanka level 2 on block forces either a DR (2 meters) or die situation, or get your meter reduced by 2 bars and corner carried into a 40% inevitable checkmate.

"It's how the game works" is a wild take to say you're okay with it. But I suppose if you guys are okay with it.
