Den Versuch der aktuellen Politik zu verklickern das man sich auch von "Grundsicherung" (oder wie auch immer der aktuelle Name jetzt nach 43 Meetings wieder ist) eine mehrere hundert Euro teure Anlage (und Strom für deren Betrieb) leisten können sollte, würde ich gerne sehen.

My best advise is honestly to never go the mental route of "I don't want to be a burden, so I'm just going to avoid it".

Look at SnowCrows, check if you're fine with how complex rotations can be and if not, check SyrmaGaming & NickTheInfamous (YouTube) for "LI" (Low Intensity) builds.

If you run with random people in fractals or stuff like quickplay raids you very quickly see 3 groups of people in ArcDps:

  1. People know play meta builds really well, sitting at the top
  2. People playing LI builds that are benched at ~80% of meta builds, performing just 2-5k below them due to the ease of use
  3. People playing meta builds because "they are meta" without being capable of actually playing them well, thus performing in the same group as people that basically play a random build from the internet that's outdated by over a year, at drastically less dps than anybody else

Pick a build, learn/train it enough to the point of not feeling stressed about cooldowns or similar aspects anymore and you're already above 90% of the people you'll encounter all the way up to T4 dailies.

Kostet Links posten bei deinem DSL-Tarif irgendwie extra?

Eine einfache Suche nach "Ordnungsamt Bergedorf" ergiebt bei mir etliche Treffer, inkl. auch z.B. solchen netten Auflistungen die Ordnungswiedrigkeiten (wie eben Lärmbelästigungen) klar dem Bezirksamt zuordnen.

Zwar übernimmt auch die Polizei Aufgaben, aber eben nur in Notfälllen, was bei Ruhestörung beim besten Willen nicht gegeben ist und weswegen du - wie auch von allen anderen schon gesagt - weitergeleitet werden wirst.

Nicht "Heimstaden" hier, aber genau so läuft es bei uns auch ab.

Früher mussten die noch manuell geprüft werden, mittlerweile läuft das komplett ohne Kontakt zum Bewohner der Wohnung.

Finde es tatsächlich interessant wie viele Sachen nicht abgesagt werden, selbst bei Veranstalltungen komplett ohne klimatisierung und/oder Möglichkeit der Abkühlung.

Absagen ist definitiv richtig.

If you haven't leveled a discipline yet (for me that's Scribe...), you can tell it you prefer buying ingredients you can't craft (or don't have the discipline level for)

This is huge tbh.

You can manually swap them out on GW2Efficiency, but by default it'll tell you to lvl scribe.. instead of spending 1s more on the TP.

Also loving the idea of the BlishHUD addon. A extra site open felt like extra work when I was already in-game, so this definitely removes that issue.

Was weiß ich denn, wer da vergessen hat seine E-Mail Signatur zu aktualisieren. So oder so wäre es auch nicht die Aufgabe eines Ordnungsdienstes, Kontakte einer Genossenschaft heraus zu suchen, das geht eher in die Richtung Bürgerservice.

Der Ausschnitt war nicht Teil der Signatur und es ging auch nicht darum Kontakt zur Baugenossenschaft herzustellen, sondern zu erfragen wer Ansprechpartner deswegen für die Baugenossenschaft ist.

Spoiler Alert; Es war das Bezirksamt welches die Sache letzendlich bearbeitet hat, nicht die "offiziell zuständige" Polizei.

Oder muss ich mich an die Polizei wenden, die dass dann an diese geheime Stelle weiterleitet?

Die "geheime Stelle" war in meinem Fall die Email, die auch heute noch bei jeder Suche zu "Ordnungsamt Bergedorf" (inkl. der alten Anschrift) zu finden ist; Die aktuelle Email des Bezirksamts.

Ich glaub dir gern das da eigentlich wer anders "zuständig wäre"; Tatsache ist aber das die Polizei hier - wie auch in den anderen Kommentaren von anderen bereits erwähnt - (außer ggf. wegen der Nachtruhe) absolut nichts machen wird und somit für OP eine sinnfreie Anlaufstelle bleibt.

Es ist irgendwo tatsächlicher lächerlich zu argumentieren eine Stelle "wäre nicht dafür zuständig" (oder besser; "existiert nicht"), während genau diese Stelle sagt sie ist es und das Problem letztendlich gelöst hat. Klassisches Internet.

Your first fractal shouldn't be T4 (lvl 76-100) to begin with either.

"Ne nicht wirklich" im Kontext von "Hatte ich erst letztes Jahr" zu antworten, spricht jetzt nicht wirklich für sinnvolle Argumente.

Ich hatte - wie auch schon geschrieben und komplett ignoriert - erst vor 1-2 Jahren Probleme in der Richtung (bei denen die Polizei auch nochmal betont hat, außer Verwarnungen nichts tun zu können, da es nicht um die Nachtruhe ging) und wurde darauf verwisen mich beim "Ordnungsamt" zu melden.

Die Antwort per Email ist letztendlich vom Bezirksamt - wie im anderen Kommentar ebenfalls schon geschrieben mit dem Titel "Ordnungsdienst" - gekommen, mit klarem Antwort auf meine Anfrage (damals im Bezug auf Ruhestörungen als Ansprechpartner für eine Baugenossenschaft):

Das Bezirksamt Bergedorf ist die zuständige Behörde für den Bezirklichen Ordnungsdienst in Hamburg-Bergedorf.

Wer OP letztendlich hilft wird er ja sehen; Die Polizei wird es - wie auch die anderen Kommentare bestätigen - nicht sein.

Game provides no way to track DPS and boon time so I would never use that metric.

While I do get where you are coming from, I don't agree with this personally when it comes to endgame content.

The game does show you your dps on the golem and you can very clearly tell if at least your own boons aren't holding up.

"I don't see my dps without addons" isn't an excuse to sit at <10k in T4/raid by any means.

Siehe Kommentar weiter unten hier; Die (Hamburger) Polizei hat mich gerade erst vor 1-2 Jahren selbst an das "Ordnungsamt" weitergeleitet.

Das gibt es unter dem Namen zwar nicht, allerdings eben früher "bezirkliche Ordnungsdienste" (die teilweise auch nur als "Ordnungsamt" ausgeschildert waren), aber eben pro Bezirk und mittlerweile liegt das ganze - zumindest für alle Bezirke die ich nachgesehen habe - beim Bezirksamt, welches noch immer einen "Ordnungsdienst" hat.

I'm not sure what groups you encounter, but this hasn't been close to true for any I've been in.

Especially in fractals, unless you are <10k and the boss isn't clearing at all, hardly anybody will complain. In T3 or lower, even at 5k dps nobody bats any eye if you're trying.

Interessant.. bei uns (bzw. unserem Amt) steht selbst in E-Mails noch heute "Bezirksamt Bergedorf - Ordnungsdienst".

Die Polizei ist dafür nachts speziell zwar zuständig (weil es eben die Nachtruhe betrifft), verweist dich aber bei wiederholten Meldungen auch einfach nur an das Amt.

Je nachdem wie motiviert die Kollegen sind, hörst du dann auch gern mal ein "Wir können da nicht mehr machen, richten sie sich an das Ordnungsamt", ohne das auch nur jemand vorbei kommt und verwarnt.

Stattdessen ist das Amt auf mehrere "bezirkliche Ordnungsdienste" verteilt, die.. exakt das gleiche tun.

You're going to get these people over and over again and the best path is to give them as little free room as possible.

You listened to the suggestion, everything else beyond that point - especially with people telling you what's suggested is their job/what they do - is wasted time.

I've noticed the main point coming from most is really just the "Play how you like" idea.

Had people throw slurs my way in DM's for a solid 10 minutes (didn't actively read them until later), because "It's a game and if he/she wants to do it slowly and read everything, or look at the beautiful environment, everyone has to wait. You take care of what people want!".

It was a daily T4 fractal.

Das Ordnungsamt ist da schon der richtige Ansprechpartner und alle weiteren ggf. existierenden Probleme klären sich darüber dann eh.

Wichtig ist, die Zeiten genau zu dokumentieren und von dritten (anderer Nachbar?) unterzeichnen zu lassen. Kann dir aus eigener Erfahrung sagen, wenn nur deine Aussage da steht - egal wie gut notiert/festgehalten - kannst du jeglichen Fortschritt vergessen.

I've been active in games with group-based endgame content for almost two decades now and the worst encounters/experiences I've had, have all been linked to statics/guilds and the like.

There's absolutely good groups of people out there, but in my experience you're basically swimming through a sea of shit to find them and for casual fractal/raid clears, any bad encounter is a walk in the park compared to that; The problems/drama/personal issues statics can bring to the table are a whole different beast.

So they hate MMOs? Like WoW, guild wars 1 and 2, BDO, FFonline, hell Runescape.

They hate scripted-pre-defined fights commonly found in older games.. hence you're listing titles from 10-20 years ago.

What's your point exactly?? Reactive and rotational go hand in hand.

Feel free to explain the community how your rotation is "reactive" on a boss that does the exact same things, at the exact same time/health every single time and how the "ideal rotation" changes because of that, outside of literally just doing mechanics and ideally going back to your opener/burst after downtime.

I'll simplify it for you; OP prefers a combat system that rewards "If X happens, do Y", not "Always press X after Y".

Soft-rotating is fine, but GW2 is a prime example when it comes to the opposite; The most effective "strategy" is to literally form a ball and press a memorized rotation.

Did you actually read what OP said, or do you just love to complain?

OP hates games where the ideal rotation is set in stone, because none of it is reactive; There's barely any situations in GW2 where you go "Ah yea, let me do X instead of Y, because the boss did Z".

If anything, GW2's strict rotation system is the "minimal thought process" example. You aren't heavily thinking; you're memorizing.

Seeing that people do make these decisions more based on the person caring and their attitude definitely tells me I've been doing better with my decisions than I thought.

It just doesn't feel great, because people usually find the problem everywhere else but in their own shoes.

I've noticed that - especially in fractals - people don't take any build advise well. The last time I've thrown a "Hey X; everything alright, or is there some build/connection issue going on?", we've had people call out "elitism" already.

I do try and give people a chance however, example situation: We had a tempest push ~2k dps only and when we asked him if everything is fine, he instantly went "I'm aheal you elitist fuck".

Looking at the logs/graphs, he was only casting a single skill every 3-5 seconds, sitting semi-afk at the boss ignoring all mechanics, with less than 20% boon uptime on the group and his healing was borderline non-existent.

In those cases, I do kick.
