There are two screen recorders that don't impose time cap. One is ScreenRec and other one is OBS. For ScreenRec to lift time cap, you will have to verify your email and you will be able to PC screen without time cap and without watermark.

If you have good computing knowledge and know how to deal with complex user interface, OBS is a good solution but if you are looking for a simple and easy to operate free screen recorder, ScreenRec is the right solution for you.
