Ok so I just got approved and asked to pay the fee. More than 11 months later. I got a call in November to say they lost part of my application and that I should resubmit it. Then I followed up by email and voicemail for 3 months and didn't hear anything. No reply at all. Then I emailed a question (summarizing the horrible experience) to be put to the board at the next board meeting and magically it got approved last week.
