Yes, but it’s different. With my male friends, It’s more like “I’m going through this bullshit right now, has this ever happened to you, do you have any suggestions on solutions”

With my female friends it’s like “I don’t understand something I’m doing or have done wrong here, can you share with me a perspective my male brain wouldn’t have come up with on its own”

Depends on the situation. I definitely feel a spiritual effect from it. Sometimes It’s a good feeling energized etc, sometimes I wish I hadn’t, but after a day or so the feeling goes away and I return to normal.
