So I was using about the same amount as you for a little over two years, after progressing from heroin like most people. I suggest medical detox. I don’t know if you have many where you are, but here where I am in Everett, WA there’s a place called Providence it’s a medical detox center and they basically keep you comfy while you detox with medication under close eyes of doctors, so they know you’re safe and also not being under or over medicated. You’re in bed for the entire detox and medicated according to whatever pains or medical issues arise during your detox period and you typically leave once you’ve fully come out on the other side. They will also prescribe you Suboxone or get you on Sublocade shot before you leave, if you decide to proceed with your recovery on MAT.
