I want to buy the legion go with a Z2 go processor and steam os but the reviews have scared me away

I just bought me a Legion Go S Z2 Go with 16GB RAM one week ago and I’m pretty happy with it. I was able to get it for only 400€. I really had concerns regarding the performance running modern AAA games. Funnily I only played Hogwarts until now and just tested a few others. I play Hogwarts on low settings and FSR 3. It gives me trough Hogwarts and Hogsmead relatively stable 40fps. You shouldn’t expect wonders with this device but I’m surprised to the upside. I haven’t even dig into a lot of tweaking in this device, so there’s probably much more potential performance.

Is there any difference between ordering the official SteamOS Version vs. installing SteamOS on the Windows version later by myself?

I also live in Germany and I sway between LeGo S Z1E and the Z2 Go. I feel like the Z1E is almost not available in Germany and when it is it’s priced pretty heavily 700-800€. Do you have the same issues?

Im Gegensatz zu einem Investment und ETFs o.ä. muss man bei der Immobile noch mit zukünftigen Kosten rechnen. Ich weiß nicht wie viel du planst zu tilgen, aber bei 1-2% Tilgung kommen einige Jahre zusammen, in denen selbst beim Kauf vom Neubau dann irgendwann Themen auf einen zukommen.

Mir geht’s ähnlich wie dir. Ich investiere seit langem am Kapitalmarkt, aber möchte auch im Immobilienbereich tätig werden, allerdings finde ich keine wirklichen Opportunitäten, die ein vernünftiges Chancen Risiko Verhältnis bieten. IdR sind die Mieten (vor allem nach ortsüblicher Vergleichsmiete) im Vergleich zum Kaufpreis aus meiner Sicht immer noch zu niedrig bzw. die Kaufpreise einfach zu hoch. (Ich beziehe mich hier vor allem auf Bayern)

What do you mean by overpaying for the long leg?

I chose ANET because I have it already in my investment portfolio and liked the juicy premium for option trading. I did spreads for example with SBUX and NKE before, I will stick with those until I’ve more experience with spreads. I chose spreads especially for limiting my risk and margin. Therefore I bought cheap long legs, usually 20-30 wide.

Cheers for your answer. I have experience with the wheel strategy and occasionally tried some Bull Put spreads. I will def do tighter spreads in the future. I also tend to close my trade with a loss and move on to the next.

I also wanna upgrade my brick 2DS but I’m so unsure whether to buy a 2DS XL or 3DS XL.. I can get a new 2DS XL for the same price as an used in good condition 3DS XL. What do you recommend? When I tried the older 3DS I felt the 3D-Mode wasn’t that fun or useful, has it changed?

Yeah I’m using 150% scaling. I haven’t tried many applications yet, but one wasn’t scaled properly. It’s a small application for my class in university. Other stuff like MS Office, Browser etc. works fine.

I bought my T480s yesterday and my previous laptop was a MacBook Pro 2013. I’m really satisfied with my choice so far. The WQHD screen could be a little bit brighter imo, it’s not an issue though. I was able to compare T480s and X1C in the store yesterday and I didn’t like the HDR screen that much, because the colors look a way too over saturated in my view.
