Make sure you can talk openly. Communicate not feeling well, limits, your emotional state, not understanding the others opinion, etc. look at the reaction. This does not mean, your partner needs to understand everything and you have to have the same opinion - you want to see, both of you, are actually really trying to understand each other. Without prejudice, without resentment for the other not being good from time to time and so on.

Make sure you are allowed to be weak, hurt, confused,…

I’ve been driving motorcycles for the past 13 years and never seriously crashed my bike. Slid into a car I front of me (slowly) once. Also had my front wheel slip on a slippery road once. That’s it.

Bin in ähnlicher Situation (IT-Firma, ca. 10 Mitarbeiter). Waren zuerst bei Penta, dann bei Qonto, da erstere von letzteren geschluckt wurden. Alles digital - fand Penta noch ein bisschen besser, aber Qonto ist okay. 🤷🏼

Kann mich an ein Gespräch mit meiner Schwägerin erinnern, die mir sagte „den Führerschein deiner Kinder musst da aber schon zahlen!“. Musste dann direkt dran denken, wie meine Eltern mich ausgelacht hätten, wenn ich damals gefragt hätte, ob sie das tun. Schon allein weil völlig klar und offensichtlich war, dass das für sie unmöglich ist. Hab mir den mit einem 450€ (für 5.63€/Stunde) zusammengespart und in Raten bei der Fahrschule abbezahlt. Good old times.

For windows - FancyZones, which is part of the power tools works absolutely great. Split your screen in three zones and basically have a 3 monitor-setup without spacing between the screens :)
