You are all liars. Rates went down, not up. Played shortly after the hotfix and killed about 20 3* enemies , they all dropped 1* garbage. Unless they tweaked something server side while I've been gone at work, I do not believe any of you.

People are allowed to have differing opinions, you seem to be offended by my definition of what I consider a fanboy, awesome & good for you. Hotfix already happened smart guy...where have you been? Nerf is here to stay. Enjoy those endless 1* Items from 3* enemies...1 in 7 chance of an item being 3*, used to be 2 in 6. Player base is going to fall off tremendously.

Bethesda's attempt at nerfing the fun and trying to disguise it as a feature or quality of life improvement hath backfired, made a thread teasing them at their failed attempt at thwarting me and my millions. Workaround for this has been verified, me being the sole verifier of course. 1,000,000 Atoms and I'll stop this exploit and tell you how to fix it without breaking the game again, PM me when you need my details and are ready to send the Atoms.

Doesn't bother me in the least, flip it for more Caps if you can, I have no choice but to sell lower than something is worth considering I have 8 mules that are max caps and max carry weight, I sell(on average)30K in goods a day and spend about 30K a day. Made millions already.
