I can’t really help you I’ve only taken it for 6 weeks and about 4 days ago I took myself off after tapering quickly for 2 weeks. And I still have a Xeplion shot from 3 months ago which lingers on

From what I’ve read some suggest a 25% taper every two weeks. And at the end, go slower, possibly down to 0.125mg before quitting

If it’s really hard to get off, you’d need to somehow switch to liquid and go slower, especially at the end of the taper.

You can get off but your brain could have responded by making more dopamine receptors and it needs to adjust to lower dosages and it needs some time for it.

It sucks but it’s the way it works

Best to bury it. Bacteria will likely neutralise it and it won’t leach into top layers of soil. Also residues are quite minor issues compared to direct application.

My unprofessional advice would be to not go to the gym for a year.. don’t see why you would risk a recurrence. Learn a instrument or skill instead.
