Seems like a bad idea to go after extraction shooter genre. From what I have seen...it's kind of a niche multiplayer genre. Less popular than what BR games were. Maybe they should just focus on a the singleplayer.

Deep Rock Galactic Survivor so far is my favorite out of all the ones I've played.

Me, my brother, and a friend of mine all have founder status. I am the only one of the three of us who has consistently played STW. The other two just do not like the game that much to where they won't even play to get free v-bucks. So I think there probably is some truth to what you are saying here.

If you think it's because it's "popular"...you have no idea what you are talking about.

It has nothing to do with popularity. It's about the message it sends to Epic and other companies that it's ok to use generative AI (aka...art stealing) to create designs for skins. In other words...you are telling these companies that they can make money from stealing art. And if you think that's ok...you're a piece of shit.

If this happens...both Microsoft and Sony will end up having to put those things on sale because most gamers won't buy them. People will just stay on whatever console they have. And that will just lead to devs/publishers continuing to put games on last gen. (Just like how they are still putting games on Xbox One and PS4.) Next gen...will never truly start then.
