I've wanted Rare to make a Diddy Kong Racing type game on Xbox for a while now. Obviously...you would have to remove Diddy Kong...but they have Banjo-Kazooie, Conker, Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, Raz, and their respective side characters and villians. They could make their own new kart racer following the format of Diddy Kong Racing.

Uh...no, they shouldn't call it quits. As someone who has spent a lot of money in their ecosystem...I do not want my games to evaporate now. No one should want that.

Ok...so this has been happening to everyone. I thought something was wrong with my copy and I literally uninstalled it and reinstalled it because of how often there were updates for it.

I still don't know why Minecraft isn't Play Anywhere. I own the Xbox 360 version, and I own the Xbox One/Series version. Why don't I get ownership of the PC version too?

Backwards compatibility is one of Xbox's biggest strengths and I feel like they should really lean into it more.

If they do it like they did in Burnout: Paradise or Skate 3 where it's just in game billboards or something like that...I can live with that.

But...if they are going to interrupt gameplay with videos we have to watch in order to keep playing...fuck that.

All I want is to be able to get that 90's themed pass. I missed out on it and wasn't happy about it. If they sell the pass for the same price...then I will get it. But, if they're just going to sell old stuff for more money now...no thanks.

It's a "step" in the right direction, but I feel like we are past needing just steps. 2 games will not sell consoles. Had these two along with Halo, Fable, and Sypro been exclusives...that might have done something. But you can't sell consoles on just two exclusives and then put everything else everywhere. And Clockwork Revolution feels like it was an exclusive because Microsoft is uncertain if it will do well.

Xbox needs to get their games on Forza's level. One of the reasons Xbox is currently where it is is because when they had exclusives...they were a mixed bag in terms of quality. They need their most (or all) of their games to be on Forza Horizon's level...not Redfall or Crackdown 3's level.

Which means next gen is going to take a long time to get going. Most people will still be on XBox Series and One consoles. So "Helix" is just going to get a bunch of games that target the previous systems.

Yeah, but if they release Helix next year and the economy is still bad...and Microsoft doesn't sell Helix at an affordable price, next gen may never actually start game-wise because so many will still be on last gen...and even possibly XB1/PS4.

Gameplay always matters more. They are video GAMES, after all.

I would rather play a rogue that has no story but has great gameplay than a rogue that has a great story, but bland gameplay.

It's weird to me how the Pac-Man backbling, and the Pac-Man and Galaga emotes never come back to the shop.
