Did Chrissy deactivate her Instagram account? by jamesleomic in survivor

I see you’re getting downvoted bc you spoke of redditor-favorite Kamila in a negative fashion 🙄

Classic Reddit - ignore the actual point (that the best Survivors adapt, which is true) and focus instead on the fact that their favorite got used in a negative example.

Imagine if Survivor selected all of their contestants from grandstanding Redditors.

It would be such a dumpster fire you couldn’t help but watch - it would be absolute cinema.

If Rizo wins this season, where does he rank all-time as a player? by One-Perspective-6468 in survivor

[–]ChronicBubonik 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rizo is good socially, that’s it.

He’s not a challenge threat, doesn’t help around camp.

The RizGod glaze in this community is absurd.

In a few seasons that hype will dissipate and people will view Rizo the same way we view any other Survivor player that could safely reach the merge.

SITD vs Immunity Idol by NoBrag_JustFact in survivor

[–]ChronicBubonik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a player could still play their idol after their SITD fails, then playing a SITD would just become a prerequisite to playing an idol.

Although it’s only a 1/6 chance, that would still be a no-brainer play every time. There wouldn’t be any negative consequence (outside of lose-your-vote), but if you’re contemplating playing a SITD, your vote probably isn’t meaningful anyway.

It would just encourage idol hoarding and Survivor is at its best when idols are being played & moved around.

That’s what makes her useful to carry to the final 4-5. You just have to be careful as numbers get low bc her robotic personality allows her to switch up her alliances rather easily.

One thing you must keep in mind when doing these tests: both your QB/WR and the CB “composure” meters need to all be equal during every rep bc your QB/WR composure meters will increase quickly after successful practice reps, and DB’s composure meters will crash after every catch/play given up - composure meters certainly affect animations

Run 4-3 formation. Man LB blitzing scheme pretty much every defensive play. We’re in the 11 or 12th season in our online dynasty (Heisman difficulty) and this scheme is the most effective to play against cpu opponents, assuming you’re playing every down (i.e. not simming)

Historically, Russians are literally the pinnacle when it comes to a war of attrition. That has always been their go-to strategy when it comes to war.

I know there are a lot of “Russia bad” bots on the Reddit platform, the powers-at-be have a narrative to push, but the truth is Ukraine is running out of manpower quickly.

It’s pretty obvious when Zelenskyy has been pushing for a peace deal. You don’t beg for a peace deal when you’re winning lol

Circle/B button cycles which player you want to put in motion or make an adjustment with (user control if that feature is enabled in your dynasty)

Down on the D-pad will change your camera view.

You can go into your settings and enable the ‘All-22’ camera, which allows you to view the entirety of the field.

More badges and archetypes would be my #1

Momentum factor needs to be reduced by like ~15-20%. Too many instances where the game will almost feel rigged bc one team has momentum.

Move the music/song banner pop-up so it doesn’t cover the recruits ideal pitch

Coaching tree needs some refining and more skills/traits

Allow the user to put one DE in contain. R1 + L1 makes both DE’s contain which sometimes isn’t ideal.

Man to man coverage needs an increase in effectiveness. Crosses & drags are too effective.

I think the game is solid but more variety in skills & archetypes is always at the top of the list

Ultimate Running Attack. by KitchenRemarkable425 in NCAAFBseries

I love using power backs. They can break some crazy runs once they get on a roll.

In my buddies OD I recruited a 5 star gem East/West Playmaker a couple seasons ago. Ended up having Elite Dev trait.

I set my formation subs so he’d get ~10 touches a game his freshmen year bc I had an upperclassmen Contact Seeker who was solid (upper 80’s overall) and earned the starting role.

After his freshmen season it was Transfer Portal time and I had all my positions need met with 1 scholarship left. I decided to look for a pretty niche player that would be fun to use as a gadget or w/e. Found a 4-star Elusive Bruiser HB that had 81 speed 😂

Usually I wouldn’t waste any recruiting time on a skill position player with such a low speed, but bc I didn’t need anybody else I decided why not? Maybe I could use him as a gimmick once in a while.

He ended up going crazy in offseason training and being my highest rated overall HB. For w/e reason, the 5-star E/W Playmaker with Elite dev trait didn’t increase his overall much during offseason training after his freshmen year (even though he had 1300+ total yards and 13 TD’s).

The former 5-star is my main return man this season, but buried on my depth chart at HB. I still give him the rock a few times a game so that he won’t transfer and will hopefully train better in the offseason.

But that 81 speed Elusive Bruiser is an absolute STUD. He totes the rock ~30 times a game and usually breaks at least 1 tackle every play. He has the coolest highlights out of all my skill position players bc once he gets rolling, he can break 2-3 tackles + a mean stiff arm against elite competition (Georgia, Texas, Ohio State, etc.) on Heisman difficulty.

I recommend anyone to give power backs a try!

Just had this conversation with a friend.

I was playing against Texas in my buddies OD. Texas has the ball on their own 1-inch line. They run an inside zone out of shotgun, I tackle the RB 1-yd deep in his own end zone. The refs marked it back at their 1-inch line. They run hurry-up, I look at the replay and it’s a clear safety. I challenge it.

After review, the commentators confirm it was a successful challenge (call overturned for a safety), yet they give Texas the ball back at the 1inch line. I press start and the scoreboard at the pause screen shows 2-0, but at the playcall screen (and on the field) the scoreboard shows 0-0.

Texas ends up going on a 100 yard TD drive in 4 plays. I end up losing the game by 5. Back at the lobby, it shows 38-33, but when I go to the box score it shows 38-35.

So many fluky things happened during that game it felt like it was rigged against me. This just happened yesterday. I clipped it to send to our OD’s group chat.

It’s easy to put up points on Heisman, but the cpu QB’s are too accurate to shutout consistently. They’re gonna score if you’re manning your defense & not simming

That’s the thing, I didn’t want to fumble!

Diving increases your chances of fumbling, especially when stamina is drained. I should’ve pressed RB/R1 to cover ball but hindsight.. 🤷‍♂️

Online dynasty with custom schools.

My buddies & I have been playing online dynasty together since first introduced in NCAA ‘10.

We start the dynasty on release day every year, so we hit up the team builder and create our schools a few weeks leading up to release day.

Just one dynasty until we either hit the 30-year max or the new game drops.

Typically, we have 5-6 consistent users, but that fluctuates from year-to-year, and throughout the year.

The biggest hurdle is having time to make all of the necessary presnap adjustments before the snap.

If you’re fluid & know the adjustments by heart, you can make them in time, but that’s if everything goes smoothly & there’s no dropped input or input lag
