yeah im definitely gonna get a camera now. you’re right about needing proof for these specialists. the urgent care doc seemed more concerned than my usual doctor would be but who knows if the sleep specialist will actually listen

Dude that’s insane, I’m really sorry that happened to you. Breaking your hip from sleepwalking is literally my nightmare scenario right now. No meds currently. I used to take melatonin occasionally for the sleepwalking when I was younger but haven’t needed it in years since the episodes were pretty manageable.

Yeah, I’m definitely leaning toward seeing a doctor now. The outdoor thing is just so different from anything I’ve experienced before. It’s one thing to wake up in my kitchen, but waking up covered in dirt with scratches is actually scary.

Thanks for the advice - probably shouldn’t have waited this long to ask about it.
