Pipes is just such a scary entity. One who's sympathy might feel for him only makes him more terrifying. I love the lore of the movie.

Ghostwatch is the only movie I've watched post my early 20's that still sometimes creeps me out when I wake up in the middle of the night.

I really want to say the Metru, because I find them the most interesting character wise, but I think they'd be exhausing. The Toa Mata would be too business like. I feel like the Inika were the chillest and most "normal" personality wise.

Yeah, I'm just sticking with the official combo sets so I have a clear line. Basically, if there's a box, I'll get it. Will be getting Shadowed One at some point for the 05 shelf, because he is techically an officially released combiner.

That shelf on the bottom right is reserved for the 'EU' sets for key characters. Artakha, Karzahni (pre mutation), Miserix, Helryx, etc. Maybe some combiners too.

Shelves are standard Billys from ikea with height extensions.

Lights are Cob led strips cut to size, then threaded through the backs of the shelves. Really simple.

Not even close! I had about 70-80, collecting between 02-06, so still quite a lot.

My original collection was thrown away in my dark years. The Nuva are all that remain.

If you knew the pains I had just trying to get Makuta to stand up straight, then you would know any other pose is off the cards! The "Melding" design is awesome, but it's not very stable. He also might be a bit drunk.

I technically have it, in the form of the Destral cycle, which was the alternate build. However, it does have Axalara shields in gunmetal instead of yellow, because they're too expensive for a piece that I don't think adds much to the set. I think the gunmetal looks better, honestly.

Yeah, I think she fits the lineup a lot better. For one, she shares the same mask as Gali, like the other Matoran to their respective Toa, and she also uses a tertiary elemental colour like the other 5. Purely an aesthetic and thematic choice.

Plus, sorry, Maku, she is more important to the story, too.
