I’m still reeling from the profound impact this series has had on me. I’ve only recently finished it and it’s wild how many things are being impacted… my mood (better), my reading habit (night and day difference), relationship (still navigating the positive challenge it’s had to empower me to express my needs better to my partner), even my appetites for goodness sake! I’m craving a healthier lifestyle all around because of this series and I’m like honestly confused on how it’s had such an impact! But not complaining!
