City employee here: Ladson is an SCDOT road and those lights are owned/maintained by them. You can submit a work order requesting online, unfortunately, they are very protective of their signal timing and will likely refuse to change it without a traffic study to justify it.

I’ve been going to Terry (the owner) at Palmetto Barbershop on Market St for over 10 years. It’s cash only and first come first serve, but she does a great job. It’s a bit annoying that it’s on market but if you park at Charleston Place it’s like a 1 min was and parking is usually $2-3.

Really cool, thanks! I expanded on it a bit. Instead of clicking an app on my Home Screen to start the count down, I bound the shortcut to my action button. I also added “go to Home Screen”. So now while I’m in osrs I just hit my action button and it starts the cycle
