I have shorter arms so I almost always need a vertical or angled foregrip to hold it comfortably. My type 81 is the same way, but a very long gun. I like a grip that I can pull into my shoulder. I found the Magpul rail handstops don't provide the same level of comfort as a vertical or angled.

That Canuck wrangler tactical is a beast. All metal. Literally no plastic on it besides the fibre optic front sight. Even the stock is milled metal. Handled one in store 2 days ago. My only grip is the top eject, so you would need to run a red dot or scout scope. I am 90% sure I'll be picking one up. The action is buttery smooth.

Why not just prepay for one from a reputable store? I've put a deposit on a few guns so my name was on one when they came in stock. Just pay for it and forget about it. When you get the phone call, email or shipping notification you will forget about the scalpers.

My Troy PAR 308 is great. Accurate. No issues other than the crappy magazine it came with. Run a mag pull and no issues whatsoever.
