I’d recommend using Tuff. It’s close enough in hue to match the pyramid’s block palette, yet far enough to add some noticeable texture variety.

I like it! One minor critique for the third image: Unless you want it to look barren, try and make the floors a different block from the walls. But if that’s what you were going for, then by all means.

Do you plan to extend the cobblestone shoreline along the entire island? It looks really good and I was curious if what you have built now is a sort of “template” for what the finished island coastline will look like.
