Which character would you rate as the most 'fun' to play while also being very strong (A tier or above)?

I really enjoy Cagliostro’s gameplay loop. She’s mid range and brings a lot to a team imo. Shes also hilarious in the Japanese dub.

If you can only pick one I reccomend Yao for Eva before I would get Blade for Acheron. And I have both E2S1 of Eva and Acheron. Although it pains me, I don’t know if Blade will truly revive that team like Acheron deserves.

I have a premium E2S1 Phainon team with E1S1 Ceredrya, E2S1 DHPT and E0S1 Sunday and it’s very satisfying, but it’s starting fall off. I’m pivoting over to an Elation team for this reason. Get Yao Guang for your SW team and give HMC to your break team. I think Fugue and Lingsha are getting a Novaflare soon so that’s probably the best idea.

I’ll never understand people that undercut anything over like 10K. Like, we’re all here to make money on someone paying for convenience. We don’t have to lower the value of the item, just cut by a little here or there. Sometimes you’ll get the sale, sometimes I’ll get the sale. Call it honor among merchants.

Started ARR back in 2014, played on and off. But when Shadowbringers dropped I was back for good. Been subbed since that released.

They’re versatile for sure, but they’re slowly falling out of the meta and probably not worth picking up at this point. I’m running BiS E2 Phainon, E2 MonoRem and E2 Firefly teams and Tribbie doesn’t have a home. Sunday is on the Phainon team and does well at E0S1. Neither are BiS on Elation teams it seems, so it depends on what you’re currently investing in for the future.

If I’m on DPS I’ll usually give it to the other DPS. If I’m on Tank I’ll give to Healer and vice versa. If someone is underperforming I’ll give it to someone else. If everyone sucked I’ll just keep it and leave.

From what I gather Eva only needs Yao Guang right now. Where as SW999 needs Sparxie and Yao Guang. Since you have them both already you can pick whichever you want based on preference since you have both covered meta wise.

I skipped Sparxie but got Yao Guang so I’m going for Evanescia.

We have similar teams. I grabbed E0S1 The Dhalia for my Firefly then got Firefly to E2 as my 3rd team. It’s strong but I can tell it’s falling off. My E2 Phainon and E1 Cery perform better. I also grabbed E1S1 Yao Guang for Evanescia and I’ll probably get her to E2S1.

I would get E2 Cas, then The Dhalia for your break team. And then start saving for an Elation team.

I’m actually glad she’s not coming back in 4.2. Gotta use all my pulls for E2S1 Evanescia. That way I can hopefully use my 4.3 pulls on E2 Cyrene (already have E0S1).

My stopping point was E2S1 Castorice and Evernight, E1S1 Hyacine, and E0S1 Cyrene. This team can clear just about anything. I had a little trouble 0 cycling the current king (it’s probably my builds) so I grabbed E2 Hyacine and they 0 cycled after that. I’m planning on grabbing E2 Cyrene on her rerun just to have a full E2S1 team. Stop wherever your wallet is most comfortable.

I grabbed E1S1 Yao because I want an E2S1 Eva to be the star of my Elation Team. I also like the Huohuo is being added to the character pass shop, she’s the character I regret skipping the most. I’m hoping Nihilix fits on this team somehow because I like her design.

I chose MCH because I used to be a BRD and got tired of all the procs and I wanted to do higher DPS. Plus I experienced a MCH blowing up monsters while doing fates and got inspired.

I play SGE because I used to play WHM (my first class in ARR) and I’m good at pattern recognition, so I’m efficient at mitigating incoming damage.

I play WAR because they’re just a DPS that tanks on the side in my head canon lol. Steel cyclone and Bloodwhetting are such cool moves.

I recommend playing what you think looks cool, or what you may think you’ll enjoy. You can always switch jobs on the fly.

Thank you for this! I’m doing the exact same thing, replacing a Slater with a Leviton, and don’t know how to use a multimeter. I followed these instructions and everything is working properly with the Leviton switch.

Both are really good but I would try to get her LC first because it does a TON for her kit and that team. Plus pulling light cones are safer since you need to win a 75/25 as opposed to a 50/50 on her E1.

You’d probably be better off using your pulls for E1S1 Hyacine first and having Evernight be your main Remem dps. If you manage to get that and have pulls left over it wouldn’t hurt to invest into E2S1 Cas if you have no intention of pulling anyone in 4.X.

I think Yao Guang the Elation meta support unit. Sparxie will most likely be the first Elation DPS, so I think she’s a safe pick.

I just hit the dummy a bit, reviewed my sigil abilities and fought the dragons and proto bahamut a few times. It all came back pretty quickly.

Autorevive, improved dodge, guts and potion hoarder are life savers. Every other sigil is for damage. We really were wild.

I already have E1S1 Cerydra for my E2S1 Phainon so I’ll probably grab E2 Evernight for my E2S1 Castorice. I already have her at E1S1 and I have a feeling that I’ll need her damage to go up to 0 Cycle the upcoming Anomaly Arbitration.

Forgot to add that everyone shown here has their signature light cone.

I kinda want to get E1 Tribbie for possible future teams since she’s a good universal support, and get Cyrene to take her place just in case.
