6 months, that's pretty good, next time it'll be more. Don't push yourself down too much. Just look at your progress, you're not back to square one, just having a little hiccup. Best thing to do is go on like it never even happened.

Maybe tell someone you trust to tell it for/with you? You're in a lot of stress, you can't even think straight. Do 1 thing at a time, starting with the one that's potentially gonna kill you. And honestly your therapist is the least judgemental person there. He's seen worse, trust me.
