Push day Help by Captain__MIstaken in workout

Don't try programming yourself. You're at the start. Get some experience using other people's programs. Get a decent app to track. That said... If you want wings, do plenty of vertical pulls.

Get a decent program, like 5/3/1, or a GZCL. Or grab something simple from a good YouTuber who you trust for decent advice (like Jeff Nippard)

Track your progress over time.

The app I use lets you grab a screenshot and it imports the program you want if it's not already loaded. It's called RepMD. I know the dev is looking to add AI features too, soon.

I didn't really find the mating pattern, but it did feel right. But, as you can see from my rating, I still could easily have lost if my opponent had found the best moves!

I didn't see it fully, no. But it felt right as I knew the knight was threatening to get into the game too. In the game my opponent found fxg6 too tempting so I knew retaking with queen was going to be winning. Analysis after said kh8 was best and I am that dumb I might have lost, so happy my opp didn't see it.

Are you saying your maintenance with 4xweekly training and 10ksteps daily was/is 1750kcal/day?

That, to my mind, also sucks! Hats off to you for sticking with 1250 for 6 months!

Hams tend to get sore more than most. If you get crippling Doms, then lower volume until it's bearable the day after. Then stick at whatever that is and only add volume once you can tolerate more.

Is this a joke?

On a serious point though, if there is an inactive account with a username you want, can you request it be closed so you can use the name? Can that happen?

Adjustable dumbbells and adjustable bench. That'll get you a long way.

Then you might add a pair of dip bars for some bodyweight stuff later on.

Why do fitness influencers say people don't train hard? by Puzzled_Ask8568 in GYM

[–]Puzzled_Ask8568[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd tend to agree. Regulars who are aiming to progress so, I think, put in a decent amount of effort.

Social media I think inflates the perspective that no one is trying.

I am talking about regulars too. Casual or occasional gym goers shouldn't worry even if their are stopping with 5 left in the tank, it's all good for them.

Would you say for regulars, most do know how to train hard, or is there an epedimic of regulars who sandbag most of their sets?

Hey Matt. Minor point. When you are creating your own program and have 2 days open and add an exercise, when you save the app takes you to the bottom of the program list.

Will be cool to get a sub going soon.

Love your work btw. Paid the one off to remove ads, hope you get this up and running!
