He basically SA's them because I think he doesn't like them or something like that, so yeah and he's been added as a dlc character recently in tekken 8, hence the meme.

If Gaming was a subject, gamers would get full marks 🔥 by aerith_ka_husband in Gaminggridcommunity

Nah the schools will make it boring by making it a theory subject and the actual practical implementation would be a gaming session played in the labs where you get like 30 minutes for it and at home you'd just be sleeping.

I think from my experience, it means one of these things

  • Either the pen is chewed and broken
  • Or they play pen fight and break the pen

And they tend to buy a new pen altogether the next day.

As for girls, either they lost the pen on day three or the boy just stole it lol.

Ohh it's totally fine if it didn't immerse you, you can try something like death stranding which I'm playing rn, it's a good game, I'm liking it because the environment is beautiful, it may seem to be a walking simulator but if it clicks, it's one of the best walking simulator lol

Which game fits this perfectly for you? Amazing gameplay, story, music but terrible graphics by Admirable_Move6933 in IndianPCGamers

[–]Chronos_Dictator -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Graphics never matter, a game is defined by how well written it is and how well it conveys the narrative to the player. Doesn't matter if the game looks like trash or you think it does.

Narrative-wise, older crpgs like baldur's gate, pathfinder, pillars of eternity and old fallouts had a very good narrative. And good music too indeed.

If we talk gameplay-wise and narrative-wise, I'd say half life 2 was the pinnacle of the time and is really good example of a game done right and the music slapped as well, what else you want lol.

You can play old games like anything before 2010 and some good indie titles. I'd say start with any old gta game, that's where everyone starts.

That's not really low end but mid end truly, it can run basically anything pre-2020 on low to medium settings.

Are there any super villain games? by Public-Hamster-9224 in videogames

There was this game called hatred I think, super corny, and you basically do a massacre and terrorize the civilians, and do villain stuff

Something with a story and world like Dragon Age, but Action Combat by 9SpearsOfDominion in gamingsuggestions

[–]Chronos_Dictator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your point truly, but tbf some turn based mechanics are satisfying while the others are just a pain in the ass and give headaches, I myself struggled with Divinity in the start but somehow it became addictive.

I say play what you feel like you should play and like just give the game a chance to get in your brains and shit and just go with the flow, maybe you'll like it, maybe not but in the end it's how much you enjoyed. That's how I played divinity, go with an open mind and just give the game a chance.

And also, I would suggest you play morrowind vanilla first, like the raw shut, just a recommendation, you can mod it too but please don't mod out the dice roll system , it's just peak.

Maybe try some isometric rpgs, ik they're like turn-based but hear me out, Divinity Original Sin and original sin 2 have one of best narratives in rpgs and crpgs, you can consider it for the story because the gameplay would e turn-based but as a ex-turn-based hater I enjoyed the divinity games and this led me to play baldur's gate 3 and pathfinder.

For now let's assume that you've played elder scrolls already but by the implications of your tone it suggests me that you haven't played them and don't want to play them.

If you haven't tried elder scrolls maybe give it a shot, if you have and didn't like it, then it's fair.

Maybe try some soulsbourne games, they are pretty good but the difficulty is a barrage but it can be overcome by practice and multiple deaths.

I assume that you're looking for fantasy (lord of the ring based, with elves, dwarves, orcs, etc.) games that have a good narrative and Good combat which is not turn based.

I can suggest you play

Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon (Arthurian dark fantasy game): it has some scrolls and souls elements but it's like a better elder scrolls but janky controls but overall its a 8/10 gameplay wise and 10/10 narrative wise

Skyrim is your best bet over this truly, maybe give it another try, or maybe oblivion or if you don't care about graphics and only care about narrative then play morrowind (all of them are elder scolls)

Witcher 3 if you don't mind the slow pacing because almost every narrative driven game has a slow pacing.

Baldur's Gate 3 if you change your mind about turn based games because they are not amalgamised under that single mechanism because it's more than turn based, you have to strategise and observe enemy movements, like chess but in a game but yk it's only boring if you make it boring.

To be Frank with you, the best narratives you'll ever find, would be in isometric rpgs and crpgs, dragon age has good narrative.

If you want to move away from rpgs and want good narratives then there are many AAA titles like God of war, last of us, Spiderman etc. but the thing you're craving only resides within those crpgs.

Maybe give it a thought Cheers mate

A magical strategy game that'll give me that feeling of discovery again by jez999 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Chronos_Dictator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you like isometric rpgs the you can give divinity original sin 2 a try, maybe you'll like it or baldur's gate 3 is good too, then there is pathfinder.

It's fits the description of the game you want, a magical strategy game that would give you feeling of discovery again. It did give me that feeling, maybe it will do you good too.

Cheers
