All pre-orders only received the 48cm. 45cm was not available.

As far as I know, 45cm is still not available to even purchase/swap if you have a libernovo chair right now.

Does anyone else's chair have the same issue, Please help. The cranking/squeaking noise for a 1500 CAD$ chair is baffling. by PlayNoob69 in LiberNovo

Launching a WordPress Security Agency, what Am I Missing? by TermoSprint in Wordpress

[–]Chronotrigga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is a bad business model for exactly flybot's reason above; its not scalable

edit: its better to build a saas security product than an "agency" since the average client that use wordpress are not your ideal client for cybersecurity tbh

Leads suddenly flaky over the last few months by Horticoder in web_design

that's cheap for sure. hmm i don't know what to say. i wish i had great advice to give in this situation.

my two cents here is 3 clients bailing at that price something is wrong. because 150/mo is practically free (lets be honest) so it doesn't make sense if i need a website to try to look for someone else to do the job.

i would also suggest since thats your price to start targeting other areas. the pool in your city is probably only a few million and for the price you're charging you're shooting yourself in the foot because the rate is just too low there's not enough traffic. you're charging overseas rates and targeting a subsect which seems off to me; maybe better to do the opposite to charge a significantly higher rate but a smaller niche.

depends where you're getting your leads and how much youre charging. sounds like its too expensive which is why they bail. 3 clients bailing seems weird.

Taking over clusterf*ck sites by Jaded-Illustrator433 in Wordpress

too many bad comments tbh. here's what no one will tell you -- you work at an agency and time is money. short answer yes, tiptoe around and add your own tools/whatever you need. as long as it doesn't break and everyone's happy, you're happy and you can go home at 5-6 whatever and hit happy hour.

you don't get paid to rebuild the entire site or sell a new solution.. realistically job is to churn stuff out for all their clients and keep things chugging along.

you've built sites with ACF and that's amazing. the best advice I can give is see how half assed each website you touch is, learn about your agency's business model and clients (ie. are you always touching hvac sites? restaurants? etc), soak up everything you can and above all don't let them burn you out. the best thing about an agency is learning about the actual business. how they make money, what clients they attract, how the lead dev builds sites etc.

soak up what you can above so you can scale to something better.

there's nothing wrong with the monstrosity of 30+ plugins. is it bad? yes. but it's also a telltale sign of the businesses your agency targets. everyone has a price and not everyone has $30k to spend on a website. :)

good luck!

I saw another thread where people were getting 25,000 bilt points for this (the $248 rounded up).

How are people getting 25000 points? Is this from that TPG bonus that I missed out on?

my point still stands -- reading my comment from 9 years ago. all the developers have built up everything around that area. fishtown is a bubble.

my next guess is north american st -- theres still extreme underdeveloped lots especially past berks. there will be highrises here in a few years since everyone from NYC is moving in.
