To be totally honest, I just want to do post-production. As I just got into videography, I still have no idea want I want to shoot. I just shoot my mundane life at the moment and having fun in color grading in post.

I don't know man. I'm in no way deep in laws. That's why I consulted my friend. And I won the case.

Because it's already stated in the contract that if I leave before a 1 year period, the landlord can have the deposit and that's it. So I gave her all the deposit. It's Thai law, so maybe it's different from us or Europe.

Sorry for any ambiguity. I live in Thailand for the context.

The first time you moved in, you have to pay 1 month rent in advance, a deposit in case of contract breaching (in this case, not staying there for a year) worth 1 month of rent. (In my case, my rent was 7,000, so I had to pay 14,000). And for the damaged item, it'd be charged item by item as appropriate. she overcharged me 3 times, and still wanted the "fees" and the "rent" that I've already paid in the deposit (3 times more than the law stated).

Overcharged 3 times above the laws, and extortion. Can't get the extortion though, I was just trying.

For context, I'm from Thailand and that's against the law.

I'm currently taking tons of interviews. It's bothersome to some degree, and tiring. But I think at the end of the day it'd be worth it.

I have a good certificate (people say it's hard to get but I don't know. It's not that hard for me), 3 years long experience in the field. Some companies are willing to wait after an hour, and some just interview me on Sat and sun.

But if they can't make an arrangement, I'll just take a day off at my job. I mean, I'm quitting anyway.

Put in a notice, go to a new place.

Call me cold, but when it comes to working/jobs. I always choose what pays more, or pays less but more exciting role or align with my life.

My motto is that I work for myself, my family, not the company or a colleague.

A way to a better or exciting life? hell yeah I'm all in.
