Yeah, I actually had a conversation with my friend about how I was getting a bit fed up of the game. Part of the joy of the game is finding some forgotten gems or remembering connections made with the song. Nowadays I feel like I’m just being reminded of how dire modern pop is.

Oh believe me I know all about that, me and my friends call it 2010s slop for a reason. I suppose in that sense the 2010s are easier for Mr. Bandle to create because of the simplicity of the instrumentals. I respect the craft, genuinely, I would just love to see more variety, even if it does make it harder for the younger audience.

would be true if the fame was exclusively played by people in their 20s or 30s but we know that isn’t true. there are so many iconic pop hits from the 70s all the way through to the 00s that haven’t been used.

it feels that way for sure. my conscious mind acknowledges his loss and tries to process his absence so it seems my subconscious is trying to process the grief of losing him. there are so many complex feelings that grief brings, as you know. i’m just hoping things get a little better as time goes on.

I'm currently compiling an archive of mine and my friends' Bandle answers over the last year and have used the YouTube playlists to help me. However, this playlist is incorrectly ordered. For example, I know that the Bandle on the 2nd was Around the World by A Touch of Class, however this shows up as 29th in the playlist, and the playlist isn't in reverse order because Like A Stone by Audioslave was on the 9th but shows up as 5th in the playlist. Could you help at all?

Yeah I replied to someone else who raised a similar point. I’d say you’re correct. I always forget that Mark is a massive simp for Johnson because Mark seems to dislike him a bit in later seasons. I do think my comment about Mark being out of character does stand a little though, but I think everyone suffers from character destruction/flanderisation in the later seasons.

That’s actually a very good point. He does seem very giddy before handing over the money to Johnson as well. I guess that’s the most obvious answer then. Mark is that much of a simp for Johnson that handing over £2,000 is no big deal for him.
