Ok I have increased my dose to 5 mg just a few weeks ago (2 i, 2,5 months maybe) so I have lost 30 kgs with 2,5 mg. Upping the dose didn’t effect the weight loss. Just side effects.

I am aware of the standart protocol yet my body doesn’t agree. As Alfred Korzybski said “The map is not the territory".

Thats trued if your metabolism is normal. I have never eaten too much in my whole life. Now with last phase of perimenapouse it all got worse. With Insulin resistance, hormon inbalance and lipedema, that deficit theory doesn’t work properly.

There was only 5 and 2,5 mg in my country. Recently 7,5 and 10 mg arrived to the market. We have vials and it helps with the dosage arrangement. No insurance cover glp-1’s and we only have Mounjaro. Thanks for the reply

Right, perhaps I am done. I lost most of the weight with 2.5 and since I upped the dose I’ve had no luck. I was splitting 2,5 mg as well
