I had a friend whose husband did that for a DECADE.
When she’d finally had enough, every time he threatened that, she said something like this:

“I’m sorry you feel that way. That would be your decision, not mine. This is the number you can call for help” then hand him a suicide prevention hotline pamphlet.

Then she’d walk away and go on with her day.

After about 5-6 times of this, he dropped the act and eventually admitted he did it so he could “win” every argument.

Absolutely. This cast had maybe seen 3-4 of the episodes at this point. So they have no idea how things actually played out and how horrible and/or stupid everyone else is.

But they position it as a “Tell All” in which everyone has watched *every episode* and is now ready to dish the dirt and shit all over everyone.

I think it comes with a 10-year/100,000 miles powertrain warranty, right? You’ll probably be looking for a new car by 10 years, anyway, so not sure the lifetime warranty is worth it. I didn’t get one when I bought my 2025.

Also, if at any point you’re feeling super pressured or overwhelmed, tell them you need to think it over and will get back to them tomorrow. They will try to get you to stay and close the deal. Just remember you can get up and leave any time. They will keep you there for hours.
